Waxie's Dargle

After we arrive at Shannon, we intend to move counter-clockwise around the island, our travels vitally tied to the location of whiskey distilleries and breweries.

Luckily, we will not need a map, as Ireland has essentially the same shape as a piece of fried fish. Should we need direction, we need only stop at the local chip shop to determine the direction of our next stop. (This will also aid in my goal to ingest as much malt as possible over our 10 days.)
